Ceist:99 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Education if she will assist the efforts of the Institute of Community Health Nursing to set up a department of nursing studies in University College, Cork.
I propose to take Question Nos. 43 and 99 together. There is a course in University College, Dublin, leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Nursing Studies (BNS). However, neither my Department nor the Higher Education Authority have received any proposals in relation to the establishment of a Department of Nursing Studies in University College, Cork.
