Ceist:73 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance when a C2 certificate will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Subcontractors Certificate of Authorisation.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an application for a subcontractors certificate of authorisation was received by the inspector of taxes on 14 May 1991. The inspector has written to the taxpayer's accountant requesting further information and on receipt of a reply his application will be considered.
