Ceist:75 Mr. Sherlock asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the membership of the tribunal considering the appeals from areas that are not included in the disadvantaged areas scheme.

The disadvantaged areas appeals panel was set up in March this year and consists of a chairman, two farmer representatives and two Land Commissioners as follows: Professor Seamus Sheehy, UCD, Chairman; Mr. John Donnelly, Conicare, Abbey, Loughrea, County Galway; Mr. Dan McCarthy, Coolmoylestown, Crookedwood, Mullingar, County Westmeath; Mr. Michael B. O'Cleirigh, Land Commissioner and Mr. Tomás Ó Cearbhaill, Land Commissioner.
