Ceist:52 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Justice if there are any figures available to show the comparative level of awards for personal damages arising out of insurance claims from accidents in the Republic of Ireland and other European states, including the United Kingdom, in relation to specific injuries; and if so, if he will arrange to have them published.
