Ceist:59 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for the Environment if, in view of the intolerable smell which is emanating from the Swords treatment plant and the effect which this is having on the residents in the immediate area, he will sanction the application from Dublin County Council for the necessary finance towards the provision of a new sludge treatment facility.
