Allocation of Time: Motion.

I move:

That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders—

(1) on Tuesday, 2nd July, and Wednesday, 3rd July, the hour at which business is to be interrupted shall be 12 midnight;

(2) on Friday, 5th July, the Dáil shall meet at 10.30 a.m. and shall adjourn not later than 4 p.m.;

(3) in the case of each of the following Bills, the stages thereof referred to in the schedule to this paragraph shall be taken on the day indicated; and where the proceedings thereon (and on any related motions for Financial Resolutions, which motions shall be decided without debate) have not previously concluded, such proceedings shall be brought to a conclusion at the time indicated (or as soon as possible thereafter) by one Question in each case which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only amendments set down by the member of the Government in charge of the Bill:—

provided that nothing in this Resolution shall preclude the recommittal of any of the aforementioned Bills, either wholly or in respect of certain sections or amendments, on motion made by the member of the Government in charge of the Bill or such other member as he may authorise in that behalf, at any time prior to Fifth Stage;

(4) the Seanad amendments to the Child Care Bill, 1988, shall be considered on Tuesday, 2nd July, and the proceedings thereon, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 12 midnight on that day by one Question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments thereto, include only amendments set down by the Minister for Health;

(5) the motions relating to the Convention on the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and to the Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Republic of Korea) Order, 1991, and the motion for leave to introduce a Supplementary Estimate for Houses of the Oireachtas and the European Assembly shall be decided without debate; and

(6) the Estimates for Public Services and a Supplementary Estimate for Houses of the Oireachtas and the European Assembly for the year ending 31st December, 1991, shall be moved together and shall be decided by one Question which shall be put from the Chair at 4 p.m. on the last day on which the Dáil shall sit prior to the Summer Recess and if a division is demanded thereon, such division shall be taken forthwith".
