137 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Health if he will outline the circumstances in which a person (details supplied) in Limerick, who died on 19 June 1991, was discharged from the Regional Hospital, Limerick on the previous day; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have requested a report from the Mid-Western Health Board who will investigate this matter fully and I will communicate with the Deputy at an early date.
