Ceist:46 Mr. Hilliard asked the Minister for Finance when a rebate of income tax will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a review of the taxpayer's liability for 1990-91 has been carried out and an overpayment of £511.52 results.
A cheque for this amount will issue within the next ten days. This represents a refund of the total tax deducted in 1990-91.
