Ceist:375 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice whether the recommendation contained in the report of the Task Force on Child Care, 1980 on page 246, paragraph 18.3.4. has been implemented.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that each of the recommendations included in the paragraph referred to is being implemented. I might add that with effect from 1 July 1991 there are two forms of caution under the junior liaison officer's scheme — formal and informal — which are administered as appropriate by the relevant Garda district officer or the juvenile liaison officer respectively.
