Ceist:547 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Health the number of people who are on the waiting list for elective surgery at Cork Regional Hospital at present.

The latest information available to my Department is that there are 1,425 people on the waiting list for elective surgery at Cork Regional Hospital. The number of patients treated this year at 31 August under those specialties which have waiting lists was 6,334.
