John Sullivan Resource Centre, Clane, County Kildare; if he will give favourable consideration to their application for grant aid from the proceeds of the national lottery having regard to the extent of services provided and the worthy value of the cause; if he will make funds available in the current year or in 1992; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
