Ceist:115 Mr. S. Barrett asked the Minister for Energy the reason for the delay in transferring Rathmichael Wood, Shankill, County Dublin to Dublin County Council.

My Department agreed to the sale of 15 hectares of land to Dublin County Council in January 1991 for the purposes of amenity development. Both parties are anxious to conclude all the necessary legal formalities of the sale as soon as possible.
