Ceist:82 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Finance if he will review the position regarding car duty paid in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

The Revenue Commissioners have informed me that they have reviewed the case in question and are satisfied that excise duty and value-added tax were properly chargeable on the vehicle in question and that no change in their decision is warranted.
