Ceist:115 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make a statement on the appointment of Mr. Séamus Páircéir to the position of Chairman of the Custom House Docks Development Authority and his subsequent resignation from that position; if in particular, he will outline any and all information (1) supplied to him by Mr. Páircéir at the time of the appointment and (2) any discussions he had with Mr. Páircéir at the time of his resignation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
