123 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Education if, in view of the approval given for a new vocational school in Wexford town, she will outline when construction will commence; if she will confirm that it will take place in early 1992; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
The present position in relation to the provision of the new vocational school in Wexford town is that my Department's building unit will shortly be in a position to authorise the VEC to proceed to the next stage of architectural planning, i.e., the preparation of working drawings.
I am unable at this stage to give a precise time scale for the commencement of construction on the new vocational school at Wexford town.
