Ceist:151 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice whether he has received the 1990 annual report of the Land Registry; and the reason he failed to refer to same in his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 393 of 16 October 1991.

The question of 16 October 1991 referred to by the Deputy sought information in relation to reports to be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas. The annual report of the Land Registry is not published or laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas and there is no requirement to do so — in this regard I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a question by him on 12 December 1990 — Dáil Official Report, Volume 403, column 2194.
