155 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Justice the number of petitions requested for fines imposed in County Meath in each of the past three years; the numbers under review at present from County Meath; the results of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There are 35 petitions from residents of County Meath being processed at present.

Records are maintained in respect of petitions finalised, rather than petitions received, and information available from these records is as follows:
