This is one of the issues examined in the report on guidelines for State bodies prepared at my request by the Secretary of my Department. I am at present considering the findings of the report, in consultation with my Government colleagues, with a view to the formulation and implementation, in agreement with my colleagues, of guidelines for State bodies.
