113 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Finance if he will supply a copy of the terms of reference of the environmental impact study of the proposed Mullaghmore visitors centre which is to be carried out by an international firm of consultants.

I will be happy to supply the Deputy with a copy of the letter appointing the consultants to carry out the environmental impact study, in which the terms of reference for the study are set out.
