54 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Energy the reason licensing of activities under the Nuclear Energy (General Control of Fissile Fuels, Radioactive Substances and Irradiating Apparatus) Order, SI 166 of 1977 are treated as confidential; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
