Ceist:211 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received submissions from Dublin Corporation concerning the design of a cost effective road ramp/traffic controlling device; if so, if he will outline his views on its design specification; when he proposes to authorise their use under the road traffic legislation so as to enable Dublin Corporation respond without delay to the large demand for the installation of such traffic controlling devices; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
