99 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for the Environment if sanction will be given to Leitrim County Council for the provision of a drill yard training tower and ancillary works at Carrick-on-Shannon fire station in the current year.

Leitrim County Council's proposals for the works referred to are being examined and my Department will be communicating with the Council in the matter as soon as possible.
