Ceist:33 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications if, arising out of his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 169 of 11 June 1991, he will indicate when he hopes to meet the Sheriff Street group.

I understand that Dublin Corporation in conjunction with the Sheriff Street Group have been examining alternative plans for the rehousing of the remaining tenants of Sheriff Street. These plans include new sites which were not considered previously.
In the circumstances, it would be premature for my Department to proceed with a meeting with the Sheriff Street Group until Dublin Corporation's plans are finalised.
