Mitchell, Miss Flaherty, Mr. Connor and Mr. Carey asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a study is being carried out in Britain on the possibility of assigning monetary values to the environmental impact of roads, with a view to incorporating such values into the evaluation of road projects; and if he will initiate a similar study here.
