Ceist:209 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health if she will expedite a decision on a case (details supplied) in Wexford in relation to disabled persons maintenance allowance arrears.

Payment of disabled persons maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, South-Eastern Health Board, with a request that he reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
