162 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if an application has been received by his Department for approval of a quota lease from a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if so, when a decision will be made on the matter.

An application for the transfer of milk quota from the person concerned on foot of a land lease arrangement has been received in my Department. Approval of the quota transfer will issue shortly.
