Ceist:295 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice if he will indicate whether a person (details supplied) who has a nonworking visitor's visa due to expire on 30th March, 1992 will be given permission to reside permanently in this country so as to operate a business; and if he will outline (a) the steps she needs to take in order to comply with the conditions of his Department (b) the documents she needs to produce (c) the forms she needs to complete and (d) the interviews she needs to attend; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
