Ceist:419 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Education if he intends to provide a full-time psychologist for a school (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Appointment of School Psychologist.
The school in question currently has access to a psychologist service which is provided through the South-Eastern Health Board on a part-time basis.
The level of service provided was recently increased at the request of the school.
The further needs of the school are being kept under review to ensure that an adequate level of psychologist service is available.
