40 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if he will give further consideration to a request to his Department by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny to allow him purchase a small area of ground which is owned by the Office of Public Works.

Discussions between the party in question and the Commissioners of Public Works in relation to the purchase of an area of ground at Ballyragget are ongoing.
