50 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he has completed his study in respect of payment of beef premiums in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have reviewed this case and in the light of the medical certificate provided recently have now authorised payment of 1991 special beef premium.
