The Administrative Budget Agreements provide that the 1993 allocations would be reduced by 2 per cent in real terms. Absolute figures for 1993 will depend on information not yet available e.g. pay increases, carryover of savings from 1992 to 1993. Under the terms of the agreements the Government may, of course, make any adjustments in allocations it deems necessary for budgetary reasons.
