Ceist:69 Mr. Currie asked the Minister for Education whether the overall budget for youth affairs has been decided upon in his Department; if so, if he will authorise funding for youth workers so that a community based youth project can be set up in Cherry Orchard, Dublin 10 which is a disadvantaged area needing the development of community groups and structures; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
