John O'Leary

Ceist:

195 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the Land Commission will submit the necessary documents to the Land Registry to enable a person (details supplied) in County Kerry to become the registered owner of all his property (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Every effort is being made to complete the legal formalities in this case with a view to transmitting the necessary documents to the Land Registry for registration.

Ned O'Keeffe

Ceist:

196 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in payment of a beef premium to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

This applicant's 1991 special beef premium scheme grant is being processed and if found in order payment will issue shortly. There is no particular delay in payment.

This applicant's 1991 equines headage scheme grant is being processed and payment will issue shortly. There is no particular delay in payment.

198 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will now pay a cattle headage and suckler cow premium to a person (details supplied) in County Cavan.

This person's applications for grants under the 1991 special beef premium and cattle and equines headage schemes and the 1991 suckler cow premium scheme for small-scale milk producers are being processed and if found in order payments will issue shortly.

199 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will pay a land reclamation grant due to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim.

There is no record of an application from the person in question for a grant for land reclamation.

An application for a grant for buildings is at present being processed for payment.

Frank Crowley

Ceist:

200 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food whether an application for a TB reactor grant has been approved for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if so, when payment will issue.

I have been informed by the Director of ERAD that the reactor grant due to the person named has been paid.

Phil Hogan

Ceist:

201 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a special beef premium will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

This applicant's 1991 special beef premium scheme grant is being processed and if found in order payment will issue shortly.
