I propose to answer Questions Nos. 47, 65, 72, 80 and 114 together.
It is not possible, within the capital allocation available to proceed to contract in 1992 with major projects other than those recently announced. The position will be kept under regular review, however, in the light of the developing cash flow requirements and further projects will be advanced if funds become available.
A separate allocation has been made for minor works, provision of prefabricated accommodation, emergencies and contingencies which will be approved as appropriate during the course of the year.
