Ceist:134 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in giving approval for the building of six houses at Coburgh Place, Dublin 1.
Written Answers. - Housing Construction Approval.
There was no delay by my Department in clearing this scheme. The relevant tender proposal was submitted to my Department by Dublin Corporation on 16 October 1991 and approval issued to the corporation on 6 November 1991.
