Ceist:286 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will outline the current position in relation to claw-back on leased quotas; and whether any changes are envisaged in this regulation after 1 April.
Written Answers. - Leased Quotas Claw-back Scheme.
It is intended that the claw-back scheme for 1992-93 will be implemented on the same term and conditions as for this year, unless changes made in the Community regulations on the quota system require amendment of that scheme.
