Ceist:153 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if, in relation to a person (details supplied) he will outline, (1) the length of the sentence he received, (2) the length of the sentence served in prison by him, (3) the reasons for his very early and sudden release, (4) if the British authorities were informed in advance of his release and (5) if his release was in any way co-ordinated with the British authorities, and if he will make a statement on the matter.
