291 Mr. G. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for the Environment when phase 3B Grand Parade, Washington Street, Summerhill North and Lower Glanmire Road scheme, involving the replacement of existing culverts, will be approved as the relevant documentation is in his Department, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Contract documents for the Cork City culverts stage 3B are under consideration in my Department. Having regard to the existing level of commitments under the water and sanitary services programme, I am not in a position to indicate when there will be a decision on the scheme.
