Ceist:351 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Cork was paid a cattle headage and suckler cow grant for 1991 commensurate with the number of animals presented by him for inspection; and if not, the reason therefor.
The person named has already been paid £891.02 under the 1991 suckler cow premium scheme in respect of 13 cows at £68.54 each.
His grants under the 1991 cattle headage scheme were restricted because under that scheme a person may only receive £30.66 per forage acre devoted to beef cows and £18.13 per forage acre devoted to grazing cattle other than beef cows.

Ceist:352 Mr. Hilliard asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a sheep premium payment will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Meath in respect of 150 sheep.
The ownership of all the sheep included in this person's application has not been established as apparently some belonged to his late brother. In addition, at inspection he presented only 85 ewes out of the total of 151 on which premium was claimed. As soon as the ownership is resolved, the question of payment will be considered further.
