Ceist:407 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, in view of the circumstances surrounding an application for EC special beef premium, he will make payment to a person (details supplied) in County Laois in respect of his animals that fulfilled the appropriate requirements.
This case is the subject of review in the light of the recommendations of the task force which I set up to examaine problems relating to the operation of the special beef premium scheme. If found in order, payment will be made shortly.
