Ceist:85 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Justice whether he intends to sanction the formation of a mounted unit of the Garda Síochána in the Dublin Metropolitan area; if so, if he will outline the amount this will cost; his views on whether this type of operation will benefit crowd control and other similar operations; and if he does not intend sanctioning this operation, the reason therefor.
