Ceist:78 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will issue title deeds to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim in respect of a Land Commision allotment which they purchased some years ago.

An agreement to purchase land on this estate was signed by the allottee in question in November 1991. The allotment will be vested as soon as possible and the necessary documents transmitted to the Land Registry for registration.
