Ceist:75 Mr. Hilliard asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Meath will be paid a special beef premium.

The person named has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme as four of the 38 animals on which he applied for premium had already received payment and one other animal was a female.
Under EC Regulations he is also debarred from the scheme for 12 months from 21 November 1991.
