Before proceeding to Question Time this afternoon I feel sure Members would wish most sincerely to join me in welcoming the parliamentary delegation from the State Parliament of Bavaria, Germany. This delegation is led by Mr. Gunter Wirth. We wish them a very happy time and successful stay in Ireland.
