Ceist:90 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Finance if he will give details of the legislation, for which he is responsible, enacted by the Oireachtas which has not yet gone into effect, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The Oireachtas (Allowance to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1992, has been enacted. As provided for in the legislation, certain sections of the Act have yet to come into operation.
