Michael Noonan
Ceist:287 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the reply to Parliamentary Question No. 83 on Wednesday, 6 May 1992 was not fully correct, in so far as cards were forwarded by the applicant to the local livestock office, but due to a go-slow at the office in September and October of 1990 the cards were refused by the officials on duty; if, in view of this, he will re-examine the application with a view to payment.
