Ceist:74 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if his attention has been drawn to the difficulties that persons have in obtaining a casual trading licence from his Department in order to enable them to participate in commerce and trade; if, having regard to the high levels of unemployment that persist within the economy, he will recommend or introduce changes in this practice; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
