90 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice if he will expedite a land registry dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Cork as the failure to obtain the full title to date has resulted in this person paying a bridging loan for over 12 months.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing in question was lodged in the Land Registry on 29 April, 1992 but that it was not in order and was re-lodged on 25 June, 1992. I am further informed that notices have been served on the owners of charges on the folio lands and that the dealing will be completed without delay after the expiry of the notice period provided no objections are lodged.
