178 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice the position at present concerning the application for an extension of an extra visa by a foreign citizen (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who is currently training in Ireland.
The person in question had permission to remain in the State until November last year when he was informed that he was required to leave. There is no record of any application on behalf of the person concerned for an extension of permission to remain here. If he is still in the State he appears to be in breach of the law and, accordingly, could face prosecution.
