Ceist:165 Mr. Leyden asked the Minister for the Environment if he will have arrangements made for immediate payment of a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon.

In this case, certain unsatisfactory aspects of construction required to be rectified. Notification that this had been done was recently received and a further inspection, with a view to payment of the grant when certain documentation requested from the applicant has been submitted, will be carried out as soon as possible.
